How high is stem cell therapy cost now? Is it higher or lower than in the past?
Every few years, I run polls asking readers of The Niche who have gotten stem cell therapies to provide data. I ask them how much they paid per therapy and how many injections they got.
The reason for the dual polling is that the cost can quickly multiply if you get more than one injection. It seems more clinics are pressuring potential customers to get numerous injections.

Sometimes patients coming in for one thing, like arthritis, are being sold on getting injections for other, very different things. In at least one case, the extra procedure allegedly led to lost vision.
So in today’s post, please take our new polls (below). Let’s see how much everyone is paying.

Notes on polls
These polls are not highly scientific, but they are useful. I’m not aware of much up-to-date published data that is more scientific.
Also, note that while I’m doing polling on stem cell therapy cost, I’m not endorsing such procedures. In fact, I’m highly skeptical of them. If you are considering such a procedure, please read about these potential stem cell therapy side effects first. And talk to your personal physician who isn’t try to sell you stem cells.
However, I realize that thousands of people still get these procedures each year just in the U.S. Maybe tens of thousands. For that reason, it’s important to gather data on this topic.
My general focus in this polling is on stem cell procedures from direct-to-consumer clinics and not proven therapies like those in the bone marrow transplantation category.
