  1. Regarding the Hanna paper, I find this “response” to the Silva paper somewhat unsatisfactory.

    All that needs to be done is showing that the reprogramming works in independent labs using independently derived systems. It is not that hard if it is real.

  2. Several labs have now generated completely new lines from Mbd3flox/- or other optimally depleted systems. Nobody is stopping you or anyone else from generating such independent new lines.
